當美國民眾壽命續續提升而社會也漸漸的陷入混亂中,精神健康的重要性也變得越來越重要。但因為社會對精神病的排斥與誤解,精神健康常被忽略而人人也不敢承認及面對這個問題。心理健康 360 創辦於 2015年,由社區裡的心理健康專家與醫護人員開創的項目。心理健康 360 希望為居民提供身心健康的資源,提升總體健康。
